I am passionate about living life fully and being present in each moment, not taking one second for granted.

I lost 120 pounds over 2 years and became certified to teach Pilates (basic mat and reformer). I love talking about how Pilates changed my life! I also love to encourage others to live a healthy lifestyle.  In addition to Pilates, I love yoga, running, cycling and swimming.  I’m also an avid reader.
